How Swayam handles enquiry information
This starter notice explains the data flow in this Swayam deployment. The Swayam operator must add its legal name, support contact, retention periods, and jurisdiction specific rights before opening the service to the public.
Information collected
When you submit a chat enquiry, Swayam stores the name, email address, phone number, enquiry text, selected business, timestamp, and the network IP address observed by the server. Invoice claims may also contain invoice details and an uploaded image or PDF. Account and order features store the information needed to operate those services.
Who receives it
Your chat details and enquiry are shared with the specific business you selected and its authorized team. Push alerts contain limited enquiry details. The business receives the chat transcript by email when the conversation is closed. Authorized platform administrators can review business and reward transactions.
Why it is used
Information is used to route and answer enquiries, protect the service against abuse, review service invoices, maintain reward balances, fulfill reward shop orders, and provide customer support. The IP address is retained with the conversation for security and enquiry context.
Storage and vendors
The operator hosts the application database and private invoice uploads. Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver mobile push alerts. The mail server sends invitation and transcript emails. Push providers receive the device token and limited alert data needed for delivery.
Your choices
Do not submit an enquiry if you do not agree to share the required details with the selected business. To request access, correction, or deletion where available, contact the service operator using the support details published by the operator. Businesses may retain copies of transcripts delivered to their email.
Operator configuration required
Before production, replace this starter notice with a reviewed notice naming the responsible legal entity, verified contact address, applicable retention periods, complaint/grievance contact, and any additional processors. This page is a product implementation aid, not legal advice.
